Merch store & point of sale
An online storefront and an in-person register that never go out of sync.
Sell branded merchandise online, with real variants — size, color, whatever fits the product — and real per-location inventory, so a shirt that's sold out at your physical shop can still show in stock online, or vice versa. Nothing is oversold: stock is reserved the moment someone checks out, not after.
The same product catalog powers a point-of-sale mode for physical locations and event tables. Staff ring up a sale on a phone or tablet, taking cash, check, an outside card reader your shop already owns, or a QR code the buyer scans to pay with their own phone — no card-reader hardware required for that last option.
Online buyers choose to have their order shipped or picked up in person at one of your locations, and every sale is categorized correctly on Form 990 as retail revenue rather than a charitable gift, since it's a purchase, not a donation.
