Turn tools on or off — your team only sees what you use.
Not every organization runs auctions, and not every organization has volunteers to manage. Twelve tools — Events, Auctions, Memberships, Pledges, Peer-to-peer, the Merch Store & POS, Grants, Volunteers, Email, SMS, Automations, and the major-gift Pipeline — can each be turned on or off per organization from Settings, so your team's sidebar only ever shows what you actually use.
Everything else — the donor CRM, donations, tasks, analytics, reports, and the audit trail — is core and always on, since every organization needs it regardless of which optional tools it runs.
Turning a tool off is instant and reversible: it disappears from the sidebar, your public page, and the donor portal right away, and its pages stop being reachable — but nothing is ever deleted. Turn it back on later and everything reappears exactly as you left it.
